Great place to stay but something very annoying was that room key stopped working after 1 day and I was staying there for 2 nights, you cannot even call for help from the building , they should have emergency phones in the hallways instead of walking all the way to the lobby which is really far. Also something very strange was the shower, no space or shelves to put your stuff, you're obligated to put your personal care items on the floor which is not very sanitary and pretty gross to be honest. Other than that I liked everything else.

The only complaint is the AC had a lot of noise, never stop. And the room didn’t smell good, when we entered.

I was so disappointed with our recent stay. I didn’t feel welcomed at all and many employees were not friendly. We had taken refreshments to the pool in a very small cooler and instead of having an employee come talk to us, security came to tell us that is was illegal to have a cooler by the pool. I had to request a different room due to foul smell coming from the drains and I was not compensated for the inconvenience. Also, the room keys kept disabling every time we left the room. Considering that we are in a very hot desert climate, there are NO refrigerators inside the rooms. We decided to have dinner at their Italian restaurant, since we are platinum members through Expedia, we had a voucher for our food. The waiters didn’t seem happy when we let them know about the voucher. They said that we should’ve told them about the voucher first before ordering and that they were NOT going to honor it. Eventually with a little convincing he went ahead and added the voucher. I am not staying here ever!! I will continue to use Ariaza which I have stayed several times before.

This is one of the best accommodations facility in Mexicali. Outstanding quality and service.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite elegant and has a quaint charm to it. The restrooms are very clean and comfortable. My favor thing about my stay was how calm and quiet the property is.
