Very good location and services

Surprisingly, every staff member I encountered was friendly and fluent in English. Seeing everyone I met smile and greet me, I realized that even though it was an old hotel, it was still a Shangri-La.

We got a birthday cake for our birthday boy from them. And it's really made his day wonderful. Thank you 😍🥰

Convenient location, right across the Luohu port. There’s also a metro station right in front of the hotel. Hotel is spacious, bed is large, can even fit 3 adults I think. I had a very pleasant stay, will definitely come back

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The subway station is right next to the hotel. The big bed in the room is very comfortable. Next time I go to Shenzhen, this Luohu Shangri-La Hotel will definitely be my first choice.

We had trouble exactly when we're check-in. The receptionist was not detail to checked our voucher so that we all waited for so long, totally wasted our time. And the day that we're check-out, they told us to pay again which is we paid already via app!

Food is good but the room is very small and old, the staff there very friendly and helpful, the hotel deserves 4 stars

Location is good just a minute of walk to the Shenzhen Metro. They allowed us to check in early since our flight arrived early in the morning.

The nearest Shenzhen Shangri-la Hotel from Lou Hu Station (HK Border) is quite a walk away without the need to take the metro, the hotel service is very good, because it was my birthday on that date so I was given a birthday cake. Thank you Mrs. Sonia for your greeting card.
