The hotel needs urgently a renovation. The staff is poorly trained

The staff greeted us with a warm smile every day. The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

We paid a deposit at the hotel for incidentals including room services, we did not utilise it, and now they will not answer back or refund the deposit. Very disappointed and surprised

The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking whenever someone took a shower. Phone didn’t work in the room for 3 first three days. Complain about it. And they fixed it after the 3rd day.

Everything was excellent,

The hotel is a bit off the main areas, need to use uber to get to downtown. Other than that, every thing was awesome. this was a birthday trip, so I mentioned its my birthday and was given some delicious deserts. That was an awesome gesture. Thank you Sheraton for making my birthday extra special
