Sounds from use of water from other rooms

Room stinks with terrible smell, due to the moisture. Front desk staff was impolite, I took the initiative to greet to the front desk staff and get no response, He was playing cell phone, after 10 second s he put down the phone and help me without saying sorry or anything. Worst customer service I have ever seen.

The restaurant on the property was second to none. The dinner we had was absolutely delicious.

It was overall an okay hotel, kinda got it last minute so it did the job. The one thing I really wa upset about was the lighting was so dim in the room,

I booked 2 rooms. Both rooms were nice and clean. Prices for both rooms were good. Staff friendly. Free breakfast was a bonus. I saw some bad reviews and I believe it wasn't fair to the hotel. Price was good. Product was great. My family and I were very happy with everything. I will definitely be back.

Good location, quiet, comfortable beds.

This is an old property in desperate need of TLC. I got a room on the basement/back half of the property. The room smelled musty and was very damp. The AC unit is ancient and was unable to remove humidity. These rooms need a dehumidifier. The overall condition of the room was a 6/10 at best. Staff is overall great, breakfast is better than average for a continental style.

The hotel is closed to food plazas and transportation. The breakfast is nicer than other continental breakfast. The staff is friendly.

This is a good hotel for the price. My main issue was that the safe in my room did not work, and staff were not able to repair it.

The rooms are dark & need more lights
