No many parking spots, the washroom was dirty

I did not go to breakfast. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The air conditioner very loud and didn’t cool down to temperature for which it was set .

Everything was fantastic but they charged 15$ each night for parking , I recommend that hotel, and will recommend to others

While the hotel looks very modest, we very much enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to the falls and bypass much of the touristy locations in between. We had dinner at a fabulous taco and tequila restaurant a block away.

Property is of good walking distance to the falls, casino, and Ciffton hill. It is clean and staff were helpful. The lady who cleaned our room and changed the towels, Nikki, was amazing. What was probably annoying were fellow guests who were smoking outside the room next to us and were noisy throughout the night.

Great location! Room was okay. A loud noise was emanating from the fan in the bathroom, and the lock on the bathroom door was malfunctioning. Poor WIFI.

The staff here were genuinely pleasant and helpful throughout my stay, which was a bright spot. Unfortunately, the room itself let things down — it was noticeably dirty and had a persistent musty/unpleasant smell that didn't go away, even after airing it out. The room price itself is decent, but parking is an extra $25, which feels like a rip-off considering this is a motel where you park directly in front of your own room. Once you factor that fee in, you can find better value elsewhere. That said, if you just need a basic bed and a shower for a single night (say, a layover or quick stopover), it'll get the job done and the price may reflect that. But for anything longer than one night, I'd look elsewhere — the cleanliness issues would get old fast, and there's nothing about the room itself that makes it worth staying in beyond the essentials. Very nice and a 10 mins walk to the Falls. Tim Hortons on the corner of the street. Pleased with my choice.

Le ménage été pas bien fait. Les électroniques sont en état très mauvais. La réceptionniste n’est pas accueillante . Petit déjeuner très basique.

Pool was very clean and the location was superb!. Room was very clean and very quiet. Skipped breakfast due to closing @ 9 am. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Disappointed with one night stay. My Auntie got bed bugs bite. She didn't noticed til she started itching both her arms got red bites up to her left neck. Also the air-condition had that loud sound that we couldn't sleep. I ended up shutting it down almost morning just to keep it cool inside. I tried the breakfast they were descent its just that the boiled eggs has a different taste seems like it must have been cooked for few days. The price was reasonable but not coming back.

Get a breakfast from Tim hortons

Very nice motel style hotel 5 minutes from the Niagara Falls. Clean, friendly and nicely situated. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Nice variety at breakfast menu.

Bravo pour motel à bon prix et proche des chutes. L’accueil est souriant et sans problèmes. On l’y retrouve les caméras de surveillance. Place sécuritaire. La chambre est comme sur les photos et en bonus elle est propre. Le personnel a aidé une petite famille avec le BBQ. Personnel aidant et vaillant.
