Overall a great experience with great staff

The breakfast was great and worth it. Rooftop section and business center were nice for when I needed to take a couple calls. The coffee & tea are free in the rooftop lounge. The location is very convenient for location and the room was by far nicest and most comfy on our trip.

We always stay at this hotel. We had an absolutely incredible stay without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Every interaction was warm, professional, and attentive without ever feeling forced. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The location couldn’t be better convenient, central, and close to everything you’d want to see or do. It made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable. The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The bed was perfect, the amenities were high quality, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. It was the kind of place where you actually look forward to coming back and relaxing after a long day. What really sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly, and you can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a perfect location. A truly outstanding experience.

My friend and I stayed five nights and loved this hotel. The staff were pleasant & helpful, the breakfast was fantastic, and we enjoyed the rooftop bar. It’s in a good location and walking distance to many restaurants and places to see. Although it’s on a fairly busy street, we did not hear any noise at night. (Our room was on the 7th floor.) Would definitely recommend.

The breakfast and drinks on rooftop need improvement. The help for the drinks on roof was very bad. It is a beautiful space but the help was not good and she didn't seem to care. The breakfast food was mediocre compared to my first stay in 2019. But the space is lovely.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Hotel location is excellent, lots of restaurants nearby, walking distance to most attractions.

The property was just amazing!!!! The Staff was very courteous. The Hotel was neat. Location is great!!!!! (Gran Via). And breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh produce to choose from.
