Extremely basic room, lots of damage around the bedroom and bathroom, poorly upkept. No shampoo… just a hand soap dispenser like a public restroom! Shower barely drained. It was better than sleeping outside but not much!

Excellent location, but the room had a cigarette smell. It wasn't very clean.

Hotel is located in a good zone, easy to find, easy to check in. But the hotel is very basic. Good for one night or two. Big rooms no luxury. Seem outdated

Love this place we come back

Well located. But unit was really noisy. People next door were talking really loud (probably had a party) almost the whole night.

I stayed in a recently renewed flat. The area is beautiful and has many dining options. However, the flat was on the first floo and we had the a restaurant jurst below us, and Spaniards party until 4 a.m. every day, so we did not sleep. No soap or rags to do Dishes and basically nonsoace to eat. More than a flat this is a hotel room.

Until now it was the wroser experience in my Life. The attented On the phone was rude, unrespectable, without empathy, 51 years travelling and never I was so mistreated.

Air conditioning it’s not working good

Great location with a lot of trendy restaurants nearby. People eat their suppers so late but it's nice. Very relaxing and laid-back. Staffs are friendly.

Great room overall, just some mildew smell after a few days from the pipes. Beds could be softer.

The property was reasonably clean and the check-in was easy. The staff was very kind and helpful. One thing I have to say is that I got bit by bed bugs and I have never had this experience at a hotel or other stay.

Very basic room no TV, AC not working properly. Good area with nice restaurant around

Meets basic needs for short stay during which you spend most of the day outside. The room has comfortable and clean bed. Clean shower. No breakfast is available. Can go the bar downstairs that opens at 0800. Can be loud late at night because of the bar.

There was no hot water and super loud noise coming from across the street and people fighting.

The room was spacious. Light fitting falling off the wall. Location good - not far from metro stations. Staff nice. Some confusion over breakfast- I had booked a room for 2, but when I went to get the ticket it was only for 1. My niece who is 17 counted as a child (!) But they amended the ticket. Also breakfast felt a little stingy - coffee and a pastry or cola cao (not thick chocolate) with tiny churros. Walls very thin - you can here all movement- take ear plugs! But for the location and comfy bed in a budget hotel it was good value.

NO AIR CONDITION AND THE BATHROOM THEY HAVE TO REFURNISHED IT
