Thanks to Cicero, we had a great stay at this hotel. He helped us to resolve an issue we had with a room. And after that we could only concentrate on enjoying the beach and all attractions hotel had to offer

Tremendous, 5 star resort They deserve every star

Place is very nice! They definitely need some improvements in the gym area. Very nice staff. Everyone was really accommodating, specially Edwin, Souza, Stefany and Vanessa. Food was really good but they definitely need to make some adjustments. Lines were huge for breakfast and lunch stations. They were not that good with snacks and the Entertainment is not the best for adults. It is a really good place for kids and families. Not so much for couples. My room was amazing! Everything was nice, clean and well maintained.

Staff need more training.

Sehrs surprised me in a good way for its structure, friendly staff, cleanliness and great food. It was a great experience and I'll definitely recomend!

Awesome stay, the staff are very attentive, and helpful. Any problems we had were addressed and handled quickly.

Hotel outdated

The property is well located with a great view. However, at arrival, I found out the two rooms were not placed together as requested during the reservation. Hotel staff had to fix the rooms locations, but took 4 hours to get it resolved. Área where rooms were located was under renovation and one of the rooms had no hot water in the showers and the other room had a cracked window and poorly maintained window.

The staff and service is excellent. The facilities is quiet older than the pictures online. The view to the sea is perfect!

The property is old and outdated. The room and bathroom were not clean. The hotel staff was not very helpful. We did not stay the night. We left within 2 hours of checking in.

I was probably the only American at the property at the time but I was definitely the only person of color there. The staff was great to me and made me feel welcome. The bar staff was really great! The bartender Robson was super! He made the best cocktails! Overall my stay was outstanding. The food was always good and the drinks were always right!

It is an awesome resort. Many excellent restaurants. Staff is very friendly. However they need more English speakers.

The hotel is being renovated partially but the work done is not interfering with the excellent manner in which the hotel is being run, and the excellent care and attention given to the client!

A good place to go with family and friends

I like the location of the hotel, facing to the beach.

Café da manhã é bom. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Porém as facilidades do hotel não são tão boas assim. A comida servida também deixa a desejar. Com certeza o hotel não pode mais ser considerado 5 estrelas.

We got ti stay at the presidencail suite and it was prety amazing. The views of Ponta Negra beach are supern and tge room one of a kind for sure. I'll definitely be coming back on my next trip to Natal.
