Lovely accommodation and facilities! Pleasant staff! Junior suite gorgeous with 2 balconies! Pool and public areas very beautiful and great established plants!

Lovely hotel, but most of all great staff... big shout out the the cleaners who taught my some Spanish.... and the biggest shout out to Fran at the desk ... he was amazing .. he couldnt do enough for us, Arranging taxis, breakfast packs amongst other stuff. He is a real asset to your hotel!!

Nice hotel with helpful staff. Only negative was room was dated and could do with being modernised and also bigger balcony needed so can sit outside.

Apart from the towel lady around the pool who charges you a deposit to rent the towels out, and if you don't gets really mad at you for bringing down the hotel ones the stay was very pleasant.

No smoking around pool area..a great plus..quier clean well run friendly hotel..Staff lovely...drinks good and reasonable. Breakfast..good choice and really nice. Would definately stay here again

Weve stayed here 5 times now. The pool is lovely and the spa is nice. Bar area lovely and a few bars, cafes and wstaurant right next door. Does need some tlc but its good value, safe, quiet and our go to when visiting family

There is no way I would call this a four star hotel on arrival. Check-in was okay just a pity the staff didn’t smile. We were told where our room was on the first floor. We did find this easy on the way there. We noticed that the carpets in the hallways Was deteriorating faded and thread bear in some places once opening our bedroom door we noticed the room was very old very dated old rickety wooden furniture marks and stains up. The wall. Bathroom was clean and tidy but again very dated. Rooms must be at least 20 years old. Being June when we stayed weather was very hot and wanting to get up for a nice early morning swim but was that informed even though it was 30° the pool was shut and would not be open until 11 o’clock once I return to my room, I then realised That they had left some coffee and tea but no sachets of milk in the room we decided we wanted to book some massages but we told there was no availability or staff for the next four days. We only went for three nights when we did manage to get round by the pool we asked for towels we had to pay €10 per towel not a problem but at the end of the day we wanted to get clean towels we were told no we had to wait till the next day very strange when walking around the hotel the whole place is very old and needs updating even though we were told the Pool had just been referred. It is nowhere near as nice as the pictures that they show on the Internet obviously the photographer did a very good job! Staff don’t smile either !

3 star at best quite a dustsnce to mojacar couple of bars outside hotel breakfast edible but not a great choice compared other 4 star hotels not particularly well cooked runny eggs and not very well cooked bacon having to give a time to be in there ie 9 til 10 for example is a bit much when you're on holiday never ate in the hotel on an evening due to breakfast again we had a car so went out for a few hrs each day otherwise would have been completely bored .

Facilities are superb, staff fantastic and restaurant exceptional (breakfast is a delight)!

Two night business stay. Hotel needs some modifications, bit dated now

We had a nice stay at the property. We enjoyed the bar and we had an amazing dinner in the restaurant. The roomsxare a bit dated but were comfortable and clean. The pool looked great but unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use it.
