Clean room. Nice hotel. My room was inside facing and temperature control was challenging. (Very warm despite cool weather outside) But good overall.

Near shops and dining. Rue St. Catherine nearby. Very clean. Outline of the hotel room not suitable for the elderly (4 ladies in their 70’s). As you enter hotel room you have to walk down 3 steps to get to your bed. Walk up the same steps to reach bathroom.

Arrived to check in after 1am. Greeted by friendly staff. Zero complaints

Very kind & nice welcome receptionist! Excellent location for shop and music concert ! Unique interior design never seen before. Clean and lots of small artistic items.

Has a great location and was easy to get to Bell Centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and well laid out. Continental breakfast was a nice start to our day. Lots of great restaurants close by, including the one located under the hotel.

Really dirty. We asked for the room to be cleaned, they changed our room but the new room was also not clean.

Although the location is great and most staff were very good, the hotel is dirty and unkept. A major issue was not addressed by management which was very disturbing.

Large room with lots of natural light in a central location.

Trying to drop off my luggage for Checkin the two spots were taken. As they were by the same two cars in the 15 minute only space. The front desk admitted to me days later these were staff members using them for their shift! Problems with amenities not working in the room? Same neglect! Giving you more than half a roll of toilet paper for a multi day stay? Same neglect! Room cleaning? Same neglect! The manager was asked three times to contact me. Either staff just doesn’t relay these messages, or she is the one who doesn’t care! But I was never contacted, because I would have preferred to have given her an opportunity before posting a negative review.

We stayed at this property a few years ago and were impressed. This time not as much ( early April). The new owner clearly is not as focused on keeping propery up. The breakfast is no longer provided by the restaurant and they are clearly cutting corners on costs. The weekend staff Easter weekend were laughable. From sitting in view of patrons with feet on desk. To lying on front desk watching movies on their phone. That being said the location of this place is excellent. The rooms are spacious and have a lot of character. Just needs a bit of up keep and some staff coaching.

I absolutely loved the room that I stayed in. Very unique and wonderful. The staff are excellent and the breakfast was great. I would totally stay here again

Room not clean in the corners. Lots of dust. Bad odour throughout. Smelled like a litter box. Very loud music playing early morning and late from business underneath/near by. Otherwise, decent option for price.

Nice boutique hotel

Nice hotel. The lobby was maybe a little too fragrant for me. If you are sensitive to smells this may not be the best choice for you.

Overall, an enjoyable stay, with interesting room features and furniture. I would be happy to stay again, but would plan to bring earplugs. Sound isolation is not this hotel's strong suit, with creaky wooden floors and music from the restaurant underneath heard clearly until 11pm. We could even hear the person in the next room over walking across their room once the music from downstairs died down! The continental breakfast is simple but sufficient. The bed was comfortable. The hotel does lovely things with wood carvings, stumps, natural edge tables, etc. Fast internet.

Room was clean and nice. No refill of the soap dispenser in the shower and no water pressure. You can ear everything that is happening in the streets and in the room next door.

Boutique hotel with character in the downtown core of Montreal. I’d stay there again.
