The best location, right in front of the stairs down the metro, walk a little bit to the JR Yamanote line, there is an elevator at the station so you don't have to carry your suitcase up and down the stairs. It's not a tourist area so the place is not crowded and the station is relaxed. In the room there is a washing machine to dry, plus the detergent is already available so you can just use it. You can leave a cover for early check-in and check-out who want to go around first. And you can send your suitcase directly from the hotel. My experience sending a suitcase to Osaka, a 28 inch suitcase cost 260 thousand. You can borrow an iron and unlimited coffee machine in the hotel lobby, the receptionist was very helpful and nice even though his English was limited.

close to Gotanda station and buses to several destinations.. the downside is that the room is not cleaned.. the trash piles up.. check in must be at 15.00 check out at 11.00. I checked in at 1 pm and was charged an additional 4000 Japanese yen, in Indonesian money it is Rp 425,000
