¡Una estancia hermosa con un personal inolvidable! Desde el momento en que nuestro viaje tuvo un gran contratiempo, el Hotel La Casona del Lago nos demostró lo que es una hospitalidad increíble. Perdimos nuestro vuelo de conexión y no pudimos llegar sino hasta el día siguiente, pero el hotel fue sumamente comprensivo y mantuvo nuestra reservación segura. Cuando por fin llegamos, Vicky y Erwin nos recibieron con las sonrisas más cálidas y amables. Entrar a nuestra habitación fue un auténtico sueño: estaba perfectamente climatizada, ofreciendo el alivio ideal contra el sol cálido y húmedo. Vicky y Erwin realmente hicieron todo lo posible y más para ayudarnos a instalarnos, y se aseguraron de recordarnos el delicioso desayuno gratuito. Erwin fue un gran oyente y nos ayudó a planear nuestro tiempo en Flores. Nos organizó un recorrido en una lancha pequeña para explorar la isla y sumergirnos en su rica historia y conservación. Nuestro lanchero, Raphael, fue increíblemente respetuoso, muy conocedor del tema y respondió a cada una de nuestras preguntas. Las impresionantes vistas al lago solo se comparan con la excelencia de su personal. ¡Guardaré por siempre en mi corazón los recuerdos que hice en este hermoso lugar y regresaría sin dudarlo!

The hotel was clean, accessible, and the staff was friendly. I upgraded my room, but upon check-in, I experienced a few issues — the ceiling fan was not working, and the shower drain overflowed with water. I had to contact reception several times regarding the repairs, and the issues were not fully addressed until the next day. Overall, the hotel is a fair place to stay for a short period. The restaurant inside the hotel had great food, which was definitely a highlight of the stay. I would recommend the hotel as long as management continues to focus on the upkeep and maintenance of the rooms.

Todo fantástico con excepción de que las habitaciones no tiene refrigerador por lo que no se puede mantener agua fría cerca.

Muy bien Ubicado. Unas vista al lago hermosas. Accesible a Flores. Mi única observación es que más habitaciones deben poner letrero que indique a los huéspedes hablar en voz baja, tener volumen TV no muy alto, pues luego de las 11 pm uno quiere descansar. Por lo demás buen hotel y mi experiencia con la habitación contigua fue mala suerte.

Good location with Maya Mall nearby and Flores island a 10 minute walk or 2 min tuk tuk. Breakfast options were good.

Beautiful views from the restaurant, pool, and sitting area. Breakfast was plentiful and good. The place is clean and the staff is nice.
