Very beautiful room was spotless, and staff was very good with customer service

The kitchen and dining staff were excellent for breakfast shout out to Mr. Will for making the special coffee in the morning. Room service was fantastic the food was very good you did have a limited menu but if you told them what you want they can pretty much take care of what you would like to have. Only negative was the pool looked a little green.

Upon arrival to the Waldorf, Edgar was right there to assist us with our luggage to the room. It was at that moment I knew the W.A. hospitality was about to be extraordinary.

Incredible stay at the Waldorf. Staff was next level. In a super walkable neighborhood, impeccable studio suite with ocean view. All around amazing.

Property was good, very nice and staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I would’ve expected a bit more amenities for the price, nicer better stocked bar. I would stay here again especially if a good deal.

Beautiful lobby and rooms great friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was limited and not very good. Hotel room windows were very dirty. Pool is old needs renovated. Pool views weren’t great of old dirty buildings and apartments. Restaurant dinner food was terrible had to send back. Our suit didn’t have hot water for one day.

Breakfast was excellent! Staff very attentive. Some minor issues with the in-room safe. Clean but somewhat dated hotel decor. Overall, I would recommend.
