El hotel es hermoso, sus habitaciones espaciosas y muy limpias, la infraestructura del hotel muy buena y su personal muy atento. Lo unico "malo" es que en las noches no lo sentí muy seguro, aunque nos dijeron que ahí nunca ha pasado nada.

Nice accommodations!

The room was very clean upon arrival. The staff were all accommodating. The room is perfect for a solo traveler. Only thing I disapprove of was being unaware that you had to pay for eating from the minibar. I grabbed a water and was later charged at checkout. This should be included in room information. Otherwise, my stay at GHL Arsenal was great.

Excellent location

Everything has been spectacular, I am glad I chose this hotel for my stay. Initially I was going with Bastion Luxury Hotel, they didn’t have the room available of my choice. So, it forced me to look elsewhere. Happy I did!! The hotel service, the food, the complimentary, the room, and location. Everything was perfect. I am very thankful. I don’t think any of your customers will be dissatisfied. Thank you for making me feel welcome and at home. The experience is literally at home, very welcoming.

Comfortable stay. Hotel shows some sign of wear tear, especially our room door. Breakfasts was included with our stay. Rooftop pool had excellent view of the bay, staff let us know that they are working on having more shades by the sunbeds.

Overall, this is a great property however we did face minor issues getting water bottles at night.

The Arsenal is a small hotel located across frim the convention center in the Getsamani neighbothood. The rooms are modern and very clean, housekeeping staff is excellent. Beds and bedding are upscale and the Tv is large. There is a convenient mini fridge. Breakfast was included and excellent. Rooftop pool has a great view but only has 8 loung chairs. Towels are provided at the pool. All staff is warm, kind, and helpful. Very convenient location. 15 min from airport . I would definately stay here next visit.

The best choice for those who want to know Cartagena.

The staff is so friendly, helpful and warm. All our needs were met quickly!

The staff was excellent--we wanted to take them home with us, but we have only one spare room. So kind, helpful, and just plain nice. We could use more of them.
