Clean up a dirty room without rearranging, there's no hot water in the morning.

The room has a nice mountain view, spacious and comfortable, the staff are extremely polite, we are really satisfied with the service here. Breakfast was delicious and full of dishes

We had a memorable stay at Chau Long Hotel .. Room rates were reasonable but the service was unexpected, Room was clean and very nice, modern facilities with bathtub and high sanitary equipment. Especially, the view of the hotel overlooking Muong Hoa valley and Hoang Lien mountain, the meals at the restaurant are very delicious, reasonable price .. friendly and enthusiastic staff. Sky view restaurant on the 7th floor of the hotel is the main highlight, designed with unique architecture, open space, quiet, ideal for taking photos !! I am completely satisfied with my stay in Sapa

We really love our stay at Chau Long hotel .. the room is nice with private balcony that facing to Fansipan mountain, bed room is large with double bed .. breakfast is too delicious with plenty of choice, Sky view restaurant on roof top is ideal place for enjoy local food or coffee.. the hotel view is amazing and this is main reason for us to stay here

The hotel was luxurious, the room was pretty and a great home base, the pool and restaurant we're wonderful and the staff was great. We wish more hotels and resorts offered experiences like this.

I had an impressive stay at Chau Long Sapa II Hotel .. reasonable price .. clean room with balcony and nice view .. hotel has car park .. staff are very enthusiastic to support guests Now, please agree to let us check out late at 14:00. The buffet breakfast at the hotel has many dishes and is very delicious .. especially the local dishes such as Lam rice ... The scenery at the hotel is very beautiful, there are many nice angles to take pictures

I stayed at the Chau Long Hotel for a couple of days, the hotel was very beautiful, the room was beautifully decorated ... the bathroom with modern equipment ... especially the room with a private balcony, overlooking Muong Hoa valley and Mount Fansipan .. breakfast is served with many options at Sapa sky restaurant, view the 7th floor of the hotel. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and friendly .. the hotel is located near the center of Sapa so travel and sightseeing is very convenient .. I am really pleased when I chose Chau long.
