We had a memorable stay at Chau Long Hotel .. Room rates were reasonable but the service was unexpected, Room was clean and very nice, modern facilities with bathtub and high sanitary equipment. Especially, the view of the hotel overlooking Muong Hoa valley and Hoang Lien mountain, the meals at the restaurant are very delicious, reasonable price .. friendly and enthusiastic staff. Sky view restaurant on the 7th floor of the hotel is the main highlight, designed with unique architecture, open space, quiet, ideal for taking photos !! I am completely satisfied with my stay in Sapa

I had an impressive stay at Chau Long Sapa II Hotel .. reasonable price .. clean room with balcony and nice view .. hotel has car park .. staff are very enthusiastic to support guests Now, please agree to let us check out late at 14:00. The buffet breakfast at the hotel has many dishes and is very delicious .. especially the local dishes such as Lam rice ... The scenery at the hotel is very beautiful, there are many nice angles to take pictures

Hotel is so beautiful with amazing view.. room is big and we'll decor on local style, Private balcony is good place to see sapa landscape, breakfast is plenty of choice .. local and western food also.. we had dinner on sapa sky view that locates on seventh floor of hotel.. this may be one of the most beautiful restaurant of this area.. our dinner was too tasty. We really love our stay here

I arrived early to the hotel and the staff made it a priority to get my room ready so I could get settled in. They were so accommodating. The room was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The staffs very helpful and friendly. I spent my evening at the rooftop restaurant with friends and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Highly recommend this place for all my friends. Thank so much !

The best hotel with cheap rate, Chau long hotel locates on Sapa centre, just some minutes to get to main street.. very convenient for shopping, the room is nice decorated with balcony to view Muong hoa valley and fansipan mountain, breakfast's excellent with many of choice .. highly recommend.

Stayed here for 1 night and made a late booking. Hotel took 2 hours to confirm booking after showing them confirmation. My confirmation was not good enough. Made me call and message booking agent to gain access. Poor customer service. Lesser hotels showed better accommodation. Not 4 star. Would not recommend to anyone booking last minute.
Served hot tea on check in which was nice. Overall room was nice with nice view of mountains.

Nice hotel with lovely views from the bedroom balcony so long as you have good weather otherwise you will just see fog. Staff are very helpful. It's located very close to main road which you can walk to for food, massages etc.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel with extra bed for family. Room condition is quite old with dusty wooden cabinet & mirror frame. Shower tap water temperature is sometimes hot then cold. Front desk reception speaks limited English. Hotel buffet breakfast is reasonable quality.

I generally liked staying at Chau Long Sapa. The hotel was an antique architecture and the terrace looks over a beautiful scenery. Breakfast was okay. It served pho and some bread&fruits. During our stay in Sapa, the rain poured and we had to request a laundry service. That's when I started to doubt about the hotel service. I had to depart in the early morning to catch the bus back to hanoi, so I asked it to be done before 6 am. They haven't got back to me till 6:30am. After waiting, I had to ask them whether the laundry is ready since I was in a hurry. Also, I requested to arrange a taxi at 6:45am the night before and reminded the front desk workers when I picked up the laundry in the morning. I waited at the lobby for about 15 minutes and still the taxi didn't come. I finally had to ask the front desk when the taxi will arrive. They only said "I called the taxi 15 minutes ago." and did not assist me further or showed any willingness to help me with. I walked out the hotel and grabbed a taxi after being sick of waiting. If you don't expect a good hotel service, but just hope to enjoy the view and relax this is the place. At least it got a cozy room.

We had a lovely 2 day experience. Our room (deluxe) had a wonderful view of the mountains of Sapa. Room was big and comfortable, hotel staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb!! totally recommend it.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in during our time in Vietnam and for the price it is Amazing, our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. The rooms are lovely with great views of the mountains, we were in a deluxe room on the third floor which we thought was better than the sixth floor as the balconies are bigger and you don't have a tin roof if it rains! The breakfast is awesome too, again the best we have had but I would recommend eating out in the evening.

Værelset var ok, dog var afløbet i bruseren stoppet. Morgenmad var fin og med flot udsigt.
