The water pressure for taking a shower is really slow, the unlimited parking is narrow and it's hard to park when you're driving a big car.

Bilik tidak kalis bunyi. Bila alarm saya berbunyi jam 6.20 pagi, penghuni bilik sebelah ketuk pintu kuat2 (bilik jenis connecting) mungkin terkesan dengan bunyi alarm saya. Ini bermaksud tahap kalis bunyi very bad. Very bad experience.

I think this hotel so underrated! It exceeding my expectations! The variety breakfast they served was really good and tasty. The room was cozy with convenient space. This hotel also got basement parking (limited lot). The check-in and check out process also fast. The staff really helpful during my stay. This hotel also so nearby to famous mall in Kuantan, you just can walk. I will recommend this hotel to my friend 👍🏼.

Phone service is very bad. I am requesting a change of date but I am not welcome. I paid RM360 for 2 rooms. Not fair. Not friendly. I'm very frustrated. Better don't stay at this hotel. Not customer friendly. Very poor service.
