The room is spacious and clean. The staff at the lobby are always welcoming. The location is great, short distance to the waterfront where you can have a nice walk and about 10 minute walk to Topspot food court with delicious seafood.

it was disturbing that renovations were ongoing at 1am. the toilet is too big & far away to take the tissue paper. Should put on the left side. not enough to hang clothes in the bathroom. borrow umbrella need to sign IOU. supply tourist information brochure.

Very impressive, but during breakfast at the restaurant, the waiter was slow to clean up and the drink glasses were empty without any replacements.

This hotel is directly in front of Carpenter Street. Walkable distance to Riverbank! Excellent room cleaning service and staffs are very friendly! I love their breakfast, especially the Sarawak Laksa! Yummy with fresh and juicy prawn! Highly recommend!

Club room was great—exclusive check-in/out, next to Plaza Merdeka, a mall. Walking distance to the waterfront. All staff were friendly. Our view from the room was the prominent Dewan Undangan Negeri Sarawak. Watched water and fireworks show, sunset, and sunrise from our room that has a tall window.

One of my family's favourite hotels and the 2nd time I booked it. When I enter the room, my 1st impression is the cleanliness of the room and toilet. That is my first priority if I booked a hotel. My room was on the 9th floor and from my view of the city, can see traffic jammed everywhere. Actually, I booked a room of the wrong type and should book Deluxe Twin but I booked Premier Deluxe Twin Family which that room suitable for a big family of 6 people! 🤣 bed is so big for me. No wonder the receptionist ask a confirmation type of room. Check-in 2 person but booked family room. 🤣 But luckily for me I got a discount through the app, which means I paid cheaper than what I expected price actually and no breakfast included. (The app now do room promotions discounts until 50 %) Better than other agents' prices and I recommend booking through this app! 😝 The amenities inside the room are complete and all adequate, the size of the room is very spacious and large. So for a big family, I recommend booking this type of room and no need for an extra bed. The receptionist staff service is very professional and friendly and close to Plaza Medeka mall and Waterfront Kuching. Easy to food hunting nearby walking distance. Overall I'm satisfied and worth paying for a short trip! ⭐.

Fast check in and very friendly staff. I love the pool, but a bit frustrated as my kids can't swim at the pool. The pool was close because hotel had function at the evening. Next day the they managed to swim.

Very strategic2. 3x come to kuching, children will request the same hotel because the room is very comfortable and what is our best activity to shop xperlu get in the car just walk jer. Hotel staff is friendly but the process to check in taking too long. We arrived at 3.30 pm but only managed to get the room at 6pm. The hotel staff gave us late check out at 2pm only. Our room view is good - river view. But my room has faulty toilet door, hallway light not functioning. Shower head not functioning well too ;( Breakfast - the line to queue was too long due to understaff in the restaurant. 1 staff to assist 2 stations ;( The choice of food also not satisfying. However my check out experience is good.
