La piscine n’était pas très propre!! Des papiers de bonbons étaient sur le sol de ma chambre…manquait de débarbouillettes et peu de stationnements…réceptionniste blazé et pas très accueillants et agent d’entretien de nuit ne fait que chialer sur l’établissement

Room was OK considering a 4 star hotel, nothing wow. Had to call for room cleaning during my absence, bathtub drain was not smooth, no bathroom fan inside, lack of elevators for it size, size of the elevators were not big.

Enjoyed the pool area but the rooms sre dating and not very well maintained.

I found the pool a little small for the amount of guests at this hotel. It becomes very corwded quickly. The water becomes dirty as well. The shows st the pool were great!

Staff was courteous. Clean room. The breakfast buffet selection was good but scrambled eggs were over cooked and watery. Quality of the food, as a whole, could have been better.

The room was in terrible location. The closet doors were removed and up against a wall. The security lock didn’t work. Lighting in both room and bathroom was horrible.

I do realize it was very busy this weekend however the room door did not work. We went down several times telling the front desk it was not working and couldn't get into our room. They just kept resetting the card keys until finally I got someone to come with me. They confirmed it doesn't work and then we waited for someone else to try and fix it. Still a no go at 9:30pm when they finally offered to give us a different room 4 hours later.

Our room was on the first floor right off the pool and we were woken at 8am by loud children in the pool. Also there was loud music at the pool until 9pm which was annoying to hear in our room. The pillows were very uncomfortable and when we called the front desk for new pillows at 10pm no one was there. We ran out of tissue and toilet paper and there wasn’t a number for house keeping. There was no body lotion in the room. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. The staff was friendly.

Clean room, good location, extras such as complimentary drinks in fridge was a plus.

Room was clean, staff were efficient and helpful, and the pool was a pleasant surprise. Fabulous vibe with a live band during the evening… playing while you swim and lounge.
