Our check in way a bit longer than we would have liked, but our room was very clean. Bed was comfortable, with lots of pillows and sheets. Bathroom and floors were very clean. Quite floor(second floor) easy parking. We choose the garage parking. Ample space. Charging options if desired. We used the hot tub and pool, which was very clean and perfect water temperature. Staff from front desk to maintenance staff to cleaning staff were all very polite and respectful. Over all we would recommend this location for a stay over in Quebec city. Lots of food options close by and not far from the highway. Enjoy your stay. Remember how you treat and talk to people will help determine how your treated.

Disabled room Bathroom was adequate however plastic mobile bathroom chair is set at one height which was too high to match the already high bathtub. We bring our own for this situation. Bed was next to a Murphy fold down bed which made access for the wheelchair too tight. The other side was too close to the wall. Finally, is it normal to have check in after 4:30 pm? First time seeing this. Overall doable with an abled body person to assist

The place is old, our room was let down. The window’s blind was broken and fixed with duck tape. The tub is too high (luckily we are not seniors but it would be an issue for someone with reduced mobility). We requested a room with view on the street to prevent noise from the pool, however, we got to experience a dozen boys (around 10 yrs old) playing hockey in the hall in front of our room past 9 pm. We called the front desk and promptly sent someone. The problem reinitiated early in the morning and this time with a parent present. So no rest at night and early wake up call with the sound of hockey, children running up and down, cheering and not caring about anyone else in the rooms. It is not normal to have this kind of situations in a hotel that claims to be 4 stars. In addition the fridge was too high and froze all the snacks that we had brought with us. Honestly, if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy yourself, pick another hotel. The construction on Laurier Street was another issue. Very sad about this experience as we stayed at the Lindbergh last year and we loved it, so we were hoping to repeat the experience. Will find something else next time.

On a zéro dormit car on ne nous avait pas aviser qu'il y avait une chansonnière et que la piscine était ouverte jusqu'à 22h00, donc avec des enfants de 4 ans sur le bord du balcon, je peux vous dire que ca été très pénible! En plus on nous demande l'âge des enfants, me semble qu'on pourrait le préciser quand on arrive . Et pour l'entretien de la piscine et des chambres, un peu d'amour à mettre, trappe d'air dans la douche, une grosse trace de vieille flaque de pipi sur le matelas du lit examotable, pas de cast sur la télé ou de réseau sur la télé, bouffe pas fameuse le soir mais pour le brunch c'était pas si mal (mais le quart du staff avait l'air pas content d'être là, sauf pour 3 madames qui était vraiiiiment gentilles) Il y a vraiment place à beeeeaucoup d'amélioration. Nous ne retournerons pas à cet hôtel malheureusement!

Very nice hotel, only issue right now is the road construction right in front of the hotel at Boulevard Laurier. Makes getting to the hotel difficult but there is a back street entrance which is most helpful. The rooms are very clean and the staff are all friendly. We were happy to have a hot tub which was available. Often time this amenity is broken at other hotels we have frequented. I recommend this hotel. Great for young families also.
