Chambre propre. Cependant, on entendait constamment le bruit de l'ascenseur qui monte et descend. C'est quand même intense comme son, donc ça peut surprendre et déranger certaines personnes. Belle piscine. Le spectacle est agréable. Point négatif pour le restaurant : il y a seulement l'option du buffet pour le dimanche matin. Ça fait cher 28$ pour un déjeuner. On aurait voulu manger à la carte. On a été mangé ailleurs à cause de ça.

I do realize it was very busy this weekend however the room door did not work. We went down several times telling the front desk it was not working and couldn't get into our room. They just kept resetting the card keys until finally I got someone to come with me. They confirmed it doesn't work and then we waited for someone else to try and fix it. Still a no go at 9:30pm when they finally offered to give us a different room 4 hours later.

Our room was on the first floor right off the pool and we were woken at 8am by loud children in the pool. Also there was loud music at the pool until 9pm which was annoying to hear in our room. The pillows were very uncomfortable and when we called the front desk for new pillows at 10pm no one was there. We ran out of tissue and toilet paper and there wasn’t a number for house keeping. There was no body lotion in the room.
The beds were comfortable and room was clean. The staff was friendly.

Its ok but I was expecting better experience. Got rooms on the 1st floor pool side view and they have strong chlorine smell so if you have nasal allergies or Asthma etc avoid these rooms. Rooms are kind of congested and need the upgrade . Staff was helpful.
