Hôtel Plaza Québec par JARO

Friendly attentive staff. Pool was fun for the kids. It gets crowded though. My only wish is that they notified us that they only clean the rooms once every 3 days. It was a little disappointing to come back after a long day to a room where the beds aren't even made. Other than that, the location was great, the kids had so much fun at the pool and we felt the room was spacious and clean.

Our stay at Hotel Plaza Quebec, which is advertised as a 4-star property, was unfortunately affected by several issues with Room 525. The sliding bathroom door was not functioning properly and the lock was broken. My husband actually had to fix it himself. We were travelling with our children, so we had very limited time and energy to deal with the inconvenience or request another room. We also heard several other guests raising concerns in the lobby, which made us hesitant to spend additional time waiting at the front desk to make a complaint. In addition, we found that the room did not meet our expectations based on the description and photos provided on Expedia. The room felt quite tight for a family travelling with children, and some of the furniture had sharp edges, which was particularly concerning with young children. The beds and bedding were also not particularly comfortable. The mattress sank considerably when we lay on it, which made it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. While we understand that individual preferences regarding comfort can vary, the combination of the room size, furniture, uncomfortable bedding, and the broken bathroom door significantly affected our overall experience. We also feel that the room description on Expedia could have been more accurate. Given the number of issues we experienced, and considering the hotel’s positioning as a 4-star property, we would appreciate it if you could review our stay and use feedback for improvements.

Air conditioning was very poor, room was humid and warm! Elevators super slow and hotel staff not friendly. For the price would not recommend.

Les chambres sont humides et il y avait des fourmis dans la salle de bain. Le buffet déjeuner est cher pour ce qu'il a! Mon ipad et mon cellulaire ne fonctionnent plus car j'ai voulu les rechargés sur leur prise et tout a sauté! Aucune arrangement possible avec eux... JE ne vous conseille pas du tout cet hôtel!

Relaxation sur le petit balcon vue sur l'espace piscine formidable. Restaurant sur place très bien. Merci ! Nous avons passé un très bon moment. :)

My kids had a beautiful time at the hotel. The pool area was very kid friendly and all the staff were so kind to them! The room was very clean and I also observed a lady cleaning the room beside us and she was working hard and doing a very good job! The pool area was amazing and so relaxing for a night swim with the kids before bedtime. I will definitely be returning ! Everything was easy from check in to finding amenities and enjoying our stay. My husband can’t stop complimenting just how amazing the coffee was in our room ☺️

Nice hotel with but congested elevator location tucked into the corner of the lobby. Thankfully we were one floor from the main floor. Room was good, some crud fell out of the Murphy bed sofa when I packed up the bed. Also, found a previous guest top, pants and shoes in the closet, again housekeeping should have checked that. We were close to the elevators where the floor was tiled and sound carried easily into our room from the hall. Annoying at times. Restaurant and pool area were beautiful and excellent. Plenty of free parking, and underground parking was great on a day we had rain.

Back doors are not locked; anyone can come inside! The room was clean. However, the corridors are not very well. Wifi access is not provided at the reception, as is usual practice.

Très belle hotel et resto excellent

C’est un bel hôtel, les employés sont très gentils et le restaurant est très bon! Par contre, nous étions dans la suite Rouge passion et elle ne vaut vraiment pas le prix… Très petite chambre mais avec une grande salle de bain. Le bain à remous ne fonctionnait pas, le robinet du lavabo est croche et lousse et les plastiques d’étanchéité de la douche sont sales et brisés. Les coins de la douche sont sales et les multijets sont placés devant/face aux portes de la douche au lieu de parallèle ce qui cause des dégâts. De plus, les plancher de la chambres sont usés/maganés ainsi que les bas de portes de l’étage au complet. Quoi dire de la vue médiocre sur le stationnement et au même étage/niveau que la chambre. Les voitures sont à un mètre de la fenêtre! Cette « suite » ne vaut certainement pas le prix demandé! Comme c’est un hôtel familial, il faut s’attendre à ce qu’il y ait des enfants/familles dans la piscine de l’ouverture à la fermeture lorsqu’on y va pendant les vacances de la construction… J’aurais aimé que de 19h à 22h ou de 20h à 22h soit pour les plus vieux (ados 10-12 ans et plus).
