I wanted to change my reservation to New Star Motel Laval but the receptionist refused and refused to let me speak to a manager or a supervisor they was very rude about even when I got Expedia to contact them they still refuse to even reimbursed two night to me I would never refer anyone to this place. New Star Motel in Montreal customer service or the people that work behind the desk are thief's they stole my money and refused to transfer me to a nother hotel even after I explained to them it was a mistake by booking the room there while I was trying to book my room at New Star Motel in Laval. Worst experience with customer service in New Star Motel Montreal.

Close to t he high way, access to second floor was challenging. The door handle was not working right, had to go that that reception and request assistance to access that property

When i trying to epon my room door then i herd a big 🐕 dog barking at me in the next Door , and i was very scared 😱.

Although it was near the exit it was quiet. Room & bed were good.
