Great hotel ambiance with great hospitality. Hotel breakfast has a good spread and tastes delicious with beautiful views. The pool is fun and safe. OVERALL... I will be back.

Okay option for families with kids who like the beach and hotel water facilities. I'm sensitive to cigarette smoke, so having 3 designated smoking areas in the hotel garden by the beach is a horrible idea. The worst thing is a room cleaner (pillows smell...) and porter smoked and then came to service you... Anti-smoking measures are visibly put up throughout the hotel, but it depends on the quality of your room neighbors who may secretly smoke on the balcony... The Italian restaurant food quality is great though. The breakfast buffet during peak hours is like a war zone with a bad crowd... The saving grace was that I got a free room upgrade plus an extra bed for my infant due to a sandy room and bad sink smell!

Parkroyal staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there is a very cool resident monitor lizard at the swimming pool.

Favorite hotel to stay for a holiday in Penang. Walking distance to the beach. Breakfast was so nice. Always repeat here.

I had a wonderful 2D1N stay at PARKROYAL Penang. The staff were friendly and professional, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially loved the beachfront location and relaxing pool area. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay—I would definitely come back again!

Had a great family stay at PARKROYAL Penang Resort. The hotel was clean and nice, the room was spacious and comfortable, and our kids loved the swimming pool. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

The breakfast spread was delicious with many choices. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay. I would definitely come back again.

Best experience ever, welcomed with superb welcoming drinks and snacks for all family members. Room was spacious. And they even provide extra bed! Very thoughtful. Room was very comfy. Enough for a family of 5. Breakfast was really laxurious, and the taste was yummy. Will definitely repeat.

Spacious room, we always love the daybed in the room. And first time got the garden access experience, which is great. Saturday got the snakes snow and can take photograph along, which the kids love it.

Our stay at this hotel was splendid. Although it rains heavily and we're unable to do any outdoor activities, we're blessed with other indoor facilities that the hotel offers. The hotel room is comfortable but it was unfortunate that the room is not so soundproof. We could hear children screaming from our next door neighbor.
