All the staff are friendly, the rooms are big, the breakfast is complete, a little input for the cleanliness of the room, check again under the bed because there are still things scattered under the bed, I saw it when I was looking for something that had fallen.

First time staying here.
Cons:
1. Check-in time: 3:20 PM, given a room with the excuse that it wasn't ready yet. They should have prepared it according to check-in time to avoid a long wait.
2. When I asked to clean the room, many amenities were missing, so I ended up calling to ask for the repairs.
3. The receptionist was late in responding to my call.
Pros:
1. Wide variety of food.
2. Spacious room.
3. Convenient location.
