The room was really nice, clean, the room and the sheets were also clean, close to everywhere and there was a restaurant too, the facilities were sufficient, only the sound of vehicles outside could be heard.

The staff are very friendly from the cleaning service, security and receptionists are very helpful, the hotel location is close to everywhere, the only downside is that the room is not soundproof from the outside, otherwise it is good.

The hotel staff were friendly, the room was clean, and thankfully, we had a great view, allowing us to see the city from above. It was definitely worth the price. The food was also quite varied and delicious. Thanks to the hotel staff for making this vacation a memorable one. Love!

Ordered room service, the food was really delicious, especially the chili sauce. The room was standard, clean, comfortable, the location is great, to the left of Indomaret, to the right of KFC, so it's just a short walk.

There's a slight turn, making it a bit difficult to turn around and have to cross the street. The service is okay. There's a child's soap that was left behind, which we checked for upon check out. It's a shame there's no pool. The rooms are clean. The food, however, isn't very varied; the only side dishes for rice are colo-colo fish and capcay vegetables. There are other breakfast options, though: cereal, milk, soto (soy sauce), bread, eggs, and pastries.

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed at this hotel, and it actually feels like I'm staying in a boarding house because I've been extending my stay for over two weeks. If I'm ever in Surabaya, I always stay at the Great Hotel, haha. Everything is great, except for the food, which I find lacking in flavor, so I only eat out occasionally.
