Regarding breakfast, the staff often seemed to avoid their duties; on some days, no one was available at the egg or noodle stations. There is also a lack of organization—staff do not check room numbers before entry. Instead, they interrupt guests while they are eating to ask for room numbers, which is intrusive and unprofessional. The food variety is quite limited, though the tea is very good.

Friendly staff, the room is ok. The only thing is that the shower is slow to get hot, the water is the same as the 2 pillows even though I took the king bed room. Overall, it's ok.

Everything was okay except for the breakfast, which didn't have many choices and tasted ordinary. 😅 Because the water was out, the swimming pool couldn't be used. It was a bit of a loss to check into the hotel at that time... 😌

I always booking this hotel when I outstation to sandakan. Eventhough the breakfast not have many choice but the food is very tasty. The room also very spacious and cozy.
