Clean room, friendly and fast staff.. the swimming pool is nice, diligently cleaned. I took a 2-bedroom apartment, big, satisfied, all the facilities are complete, including all the kitchen equipment and kitchen set, got a room facing the view of the spring mall.. want to go to spring on the crossing there is a pedestrian bridge. Under the apartment there is a place for coffee and dessert as well as toys for children.. all satisfied.. location, there is delicious halal food at the NEW ATMOSPHERE resto.. Thank you for all the services of Citadines Uplands.. Love it🤍

The staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room were clean. It's a 15 mins drive from the airport and around 10 mins to the Aeon Mall.

We had a comfortable stay. Check in/check out was a breeze. They have been so generous with providing us with a unit upgrade. It’s perfect for groups or family that needs a lot of space. The unit is clean and well maintained. It's complete with a 2-door fridge, microwave oven, pitcher, plates, utensils, and lots of cabinets for storage. Water dispensers are provided on the hall ways, so you can easily refill water. I like that the hotel is environmentally friendly. The hotel is right in front of a mall, you can easily cross using the footbridge, so you can buy stuff/groceries that you need. There are good restaurants next to it that you can try. The airport is ~10 mins away. Overall great experience!

After 7 years of not staying here, we stayed again on this vacation. The condition is the same as before, still clean with hotel facilities like an apartment.

Positive:
1. They let us check in before the check-in time.
2. Good overall facilities.
3. Clean room, clean utensils.
4. Spacious living space.
5. Within walking distance to Borneo Hospital, Spring Mall, and good Malay-Indian-Chinese foods in the shop nearby.
Negative:
1. Electricity was not working when I first came, but they quickly resolved it after I reported it to the front desk.
2. Breakfast options are very limited, the drinks are pretty diluted, though they offer a take-away box if you need to go very early.

The apartment hotel is comfortable, clean, available cutlery, pots, pans, microwave and drinking water as much as you like. Check in and check out receptionist service is fast. Enjoyed staying at this hotel.

This is a serviced apartment that is very poorly maintained! There is no aircon in the lobby and the room has a weird, humid smell as if it has never been open for months. Not worth the price at all. Checked-in, had bad experience with the concierge, once I saw the room I immediately leave the room and does not even stay there. Not recommended at all!
