I was about to boil some water in the kettle, when I tried opening the lid, I got electrocuted. I could feel the electricity passing from my finger to my left toe. It was scary and I hope nobody gets to experience this. The fridge is leaking, there were water droplets on the floor below. The pillows was flat, and has damp smell. Please maintain your room, and check/test your appliances regularly. During the buffet breakfast, I worn the hotel ' s disposable slippers. It wasn't allowed at the restaurant area (no signage/notes posted). The waitress at the entrance rudely ask me to get back to my room to change. I have no issues complying with rules, however her intonation and facial expression that made me felt very offended. I wanted to start my morning stress-free, hence refused to argue. Probably if I were a foreigner, the treatment will be different. This is far from our expectation from a reputable 5 star hotel. Our previous experience here on 2021 here was far away better. Maybe I just got unlucky this time. Please improvise on the hospitality and quality!
