This is the place to stay if you want the perfect b&b in Truro. June, the owner, was a very friendly lady and gave us all the information we needed about Truro. It is a 10 minute walk to the town centre. We had the 4 poster bed room which was very comfortable and spacious. We had the best sleep of our 5-week holiday here. There was a room at the front of the house where you not only had breakfast but could also have a cup of tea, coffee or hot chocolate, as well as June’s wonderfully freshly baked cake at any time of the day. Highly recommended.

Tastefully decorated townhouse on quiet road a few minutes walk from Truro town centre, with off-street parking. Immaculately clean, with a wide selection of cold buffet breakfast. Spacious bedroom and en suite. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and a refreshment room for use throughout the day for teas and coffees. Homemade cake was a nice extra touch - an delicious. Friendly hosts.

Very central, east walking distance to Hall for Cornwall the Cathedral , shops and restaurants. .Extremely comfortable well cared for room, well decorated and spacious. We loved the extras such as home made cake on arrival, good quality coffee bags in the room and access to a complimentary coffee/chocolate machine during the day. There was a great choice of fruit for breakfast.

Spotlessly clean and tidy. Large well equipped room with extremely comfortable bed. Nice garden out the back. Would highly recommend.

Very healthy options available

My wife and I had a wonderful short stay at the Townhouse. The hospitality was second to none, the hosts were always willing to help with amenities and general info on where to dine and places to visit both locally and further afield. The provided Continental breakfast was enjoyable (mini cereals, a variety of yogurts, fruit, teas, coffees, white and brown sliced bread, croissans and more). There was even a home-made baked cake which quests can help themselves to every afternoon! The room was clean with ample storage, parking was on-site and no hassle. The garden to the rear was a beautiful experience with ample seating, trees, flowers and plants. The property was a short walk from the town center. We're planning to stay for longer in 2026. A wonderful stay with my daughter- hosts were very helpful and pleasant and a wonderful self service breakfast was on offer with a great variety to choose from including a wonderful cake made daily by the lady of the house which we enjoyed sitting in the beautiful garden with a cup of tea. Bed was very comfortable and lovely pillows which is a rare find. Easy walk into town All in all a delightful stay and would highly recommend. I’ve no doubt if I visit Truro in the future I would stay here again . 10/10

I stayed for two nights on a business trip. June was so welcoming, friendly and helpful which instantly made me feel at home. The room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was very good. Definitely recommend. 😊
