While the hotel itself is visually appealing and the location is good, our experience was severely damaged by extremely poor management. We were victims of a theft that occurred inside our hotel room, and the management failed to take responsibility or provide adequate assistance, especially duty manager who was ignoring us for 3 days!! The police were called, and an official report was filed. Despite the seriousness of the incident, the management showed a complete lack of accountability and concern. Based on this experience, we strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Staff extremely courteous. Pool area generally clean, pool beautiful. Entrance hall very impressive.

From the welcome to the departure, the staff genuinely couldnt do enough for you. The food was always of an exceptional quality, presentation, taste, quantity and flavour. We decided to go Bed & Breakfast and thought the bill at the end was very good value. payimg that bit extra for the drinks and eating where we liked at the buffet, bar, pool, room or at the Plantation restaurant made for a more flexible holiday. I would especially mention the staff at the plantation manged by Samjeeta and Radhua along with Rachel in the bar, they really made the holiday

Fantastisk hotel ved paradisisk palmestrand med det lækreste sand på øen. Kæmpe pool anlæg og virkelig gode liggestole ved både pool og strand. Personalet var super imødekommende, vi vil især fremhæve Sam, der gjorde ophold på stranden til en luksus oplevelse. Gæster kan gratis benytte vand aktiviteter, som snorkling tur ved revet, glasbunds båd, vandski m.m. Glimrende gym med gode redskaber. Stort, rummeligt og rent værelse med udsigt til havet. Det var dejligt at der blev leveret gratis, filtreret vand på værelset hver dag, ligesom der var gratis vand tilgængeligt ved pool og strand. Alsidig morgenmadsbuffet med stort set alt hvad man kan ønske. De 2 restauranter byder på lækker og veltillavet mad. Den ene dog med pristillæg for en del retter ved halvpension.

Excellent. Everything was tip top. Very helpful in dealing with the taxi headache and their requirement for cash.

The Residence has suffered from a lack of investment. Dining only 2 restaurants, service staff poorly trained. Maintenance needed everywhere. Only one tennis court accessible. Electricity kept tripping, disappointing. Department drive in one so bar prices and a la carte dining over priced. Buffet quality good but repetitive. A week is enough.

Such a nice place with wonderful environment and good service. The food is a big variety and all dishes are so delicious. Very clean. The shop on property is also a good place to look around, most commodities are priced reasonably. The hotel is a little far from airport but they can arrange a taxi with fair charge. Don't miss the stunning sunrise on beach!

Amazing and detailed service by the staff. Amazed how welcomed we felt, since check in, to sunbeds on the beach, to dinner, and room details. Special mention to Delphine on check in, and Boodoo the grill man at dinner, and our amazing butlers, Roshan and his colleague
