Beautiful clean pool. Delicious breakfast that rotated options daily. Unparalleled area for snorkeling - right off the beach! Friendly staff - always smiling and looking for ways to accommodate us. Room was huge and comfortable with full sized refrigerator and fully functional kitchen. Can book excursions or taxi (water or car) service right from the hotel lobby. Highly recommend

Staff was exceptional

The pool is spectacular, heated, and runs the entire length of the rooms, right up to the beach. Good daily room service, and you could change the beach towels whenever you needed. Great location with beautiful sunsets and plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Breakfast served every day was delicious, they had a lot of variety of food, pastries and drinks.

Another great stay at Infinity Bay. This was our 3rd stay in the past year. We chose Infinity on our first visit to Roatan and fell in love with the property and location. The snorkeling right in front of the resort is fantastic. The breakfast at the resort is amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean. Book your stay with Infinity Bay. You will not be disappointed.

Staff is great, everyone was friendly and helpful!!

This was a truly wonderful vacation. We stayed 6 days in a 1-bedroom condo that was comfortably furnished, perfectly air-conditioned, and convenient to the dive shop. The housekeeping service was on-point and the condo's kitchen was furnished with the minimum needed to cook a few meals there. I would suggest adding some baking sheets to the kitchen furnishings for use with the oven. We enjoyed going to the pool and socializing in the afternoons. We highly recommend Infinity Bay!!

Our air kept breaking in the unit. They would come fix it but it kept losing its cooling every day

The staff, property, free breakfast included with our expenses was phenomenal. The pool and beach chairs were easily available. The staff was very friendly and always in a perfect mood and spoke English very well. Perfect location for snorkeling right off the beach and we look forward to booking again with Infinity Bay!

Customer service is the worst

Infinity is a beautiful property with nice amenities. The breakfast is always tasty and fresh. The pool is so nice and the beach is the best. My favorite place in West Bay! The food and drinks are good but are more expensive the the surrounding resorts and restaurants.

I will definitely go back to this hotel, we really liked it, the people are very friendly.

Positive Stuff: *The included breakfast buffet was delish. Servers at breakfast and dinners were great.*Plenty of great restaurants in walking distance via beach. *Security personnel was plentiful. *Rooms were spacious-loved having a full kitchen. *Beautiful grounds-landscaping and outside maintenance top notch including the beachfront. *Beach towels provided and plenty of beach lounge chairs available. Negative Stuff: *Mattress was like sleeping on rocks-our family had 4 rooms and they all said the same. *Bartenders didn’t care to provide service-never acknowledged anyone, walked past you so many times until you got their attention-this was not due to them being busy. They either hate their job/boss, hate good tips, or both. *Both pools were hot bath water-the opposite of refreshing. *Found a pile of hair not mine on our shower upon arrival & killed a giant roach/water bug in bedroom.
