We did Ambesoli and due to traffic the trip as mentioned in their itinerary took 13 hours was very nice Breakfast was very good and staff and service excellent

This hotel is amazing !!! I loved everything about it . The staff , the cleanliness (and I'm really really big on that ) the amenities , the food, how accommodating everyone was . This hotel gets a 15/10 !!! if I ever come back to Nairobi, I would stay here. Shout out to Calvin. He was so kind and helpful to me the most during my stay. Thank you to all the staff at Nairobi Serena. You all are extremely amazing!!!!!

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Serena. The staff were so sweet and helpful. There is a good choice of restaurants and a nice bar to have a casual drink at. The hotel is in a good location as it is in the pick up area for tours. I was here for five nights and went out for day trips each day. It felt like a home from home.

Comfortable and close to the Airport .

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. The airport shuttle for $40 is a NO for me though, considered high as Uber can easily get to same airport for around KS1000

Excellent staff!

I was very pleased with my stay at Serena Nairobi. As a solo female traveler, I took advantage of paying for an airport transfer the evening I arrived. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. I got room service at like 1am that evening, too, and the attendant was kind as well. The property is gated and I felt very safe within. I had a spa treatment after a long day visiting the Nairobi National Park and I wasn't disappointed. I tried out the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room as well. All were nice and clean. The spa staff were very attentive. The lobby was large but welcoming with different sitting spots. The outdoor space was nice as well. I only spent two nights but the room was thoughtfully laid out with wall cabinets, mini fridge, clean bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. I wasn't able to eat at the restaurants, just have some afternoon tea in the private lounge for hotel guests. Overall, I recommend the hotel and I hope to be able to stay for longer in the future.

Fantastic hotel that we enjoyed very much. The design, food, staff and room finishings were all tip notch.

The wine was outrageously over priced $18 US for and inch of wine

Beautiful property. Excellent service. Comfortable and convientiently located. Only issue was I could hear road construction (at 11 pm) and marathon activities (the following morning) from the park across the street on the last day which made resting difficult.
