Everything is good Except for inconvenience in traveling Regardless of taking the skytrain at the hotel, walking a lot

Very well-located, helpful staff, spacious room, and clean bathroom. Great amenities too. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room is clean, no cigarette smell. The room is a bit narrow. The bathroom is fully equipped with a bathtub, in the bedroom there is an air purifier, clothes rack, hair dryer, and kettle. Near convenience stores Delicious restaurant Near tourist spots, bus stops, BTS

Easy access near from the Nishiki market, Karamawaci street, in the vicinity of many konbini.

Really close to bus top & family mart. Quite spacious, and housekeeping everyday keep your room nice and tidy. And about 15minutes walking distance to the shopping area. We really enjoy our stay here.

old hotel with small rooms. not too clean. I got a room with a wet carpet floor when I first entered the room.

The hotel is conveniently close to bus stops and subway stations. Even midnight check-in was helped by friendly staff. But keep in mind all lodging in Kyoto is taxed, I think the regulations from the local area.

The front office who handled the check in was very rude and wasn't friendly at all. We stayed for 2 nights and on the 2nd night we experience a bad odor in our room. The air conditioner somehow produced a strong smell that made me and my family cough a lot, it was not a smoking smells. We believe we are educated enough to know what we smelled. After we complained, the staff didn't even say sorry and he didn't admit their mistakes. They gave us a new room but I saw clots of dust behind tables. But the good thing was the female staff on the day we checked out was very helpful, and friendly.

Far from attractions and shopping. The streets at night because the hotel room without a view on either side of a skyscraper. The hotel is located next to the building look like a corner.
