For the staff, all are friendly and responsive..
For the room, it is clean and quite big. I chose executive because it has a bathtub for soaking

The hotel is really nice, and it's quite an enjoyable experience. But due to my lack of confirmation to the hotel before, I need to upgrade the room that I booked to a Junior Suite, because the room that I booked is not available for an extra additional bed. If you need an extra mattress like I do, better confirm with the hotel first.

Last January, I tried a staycation at JHL SOLITAIRE and on May 3rd, I tried the one next door, EPISODE HOTEL, which turned out to be a group
Honestly, I am very satisfied to be able to staycation here
The service is very good, starting from the security, receptionist, and other staff, all of them are very kind and friendly
The room is very spacious and clean
The food is also very delicious, all delicious👍🏻
