I totally recommend this accommodation for solo travelers, couples getaway, and even business purposes as they have high-speed Wi-Fi, free Netflix, hot shower, close to Nagoya, and definitely affordable rates. With the same room, I have checked in 4 times here. The reason is because it is comfortable, if it is not comfortable, I will not want to come back again 😁. The cleanliness is okay. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is located close to the city center, the rooms and hotel area are clean, the view from the window is very nice because it can see the atmosphere of Batam city, the food is varied and very tasty, the service in the restaurant is also very friendly. The hotel is not far from street food, Alfamart, Indomaret, hospitals, etc. Next time I will stay here again.

Five-star service at Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay. I was particularly impressed by the hospitality standards set by Tesa and Melantiya. The best hotel room we've ever booked. Everything was spotless, the air conditioning was cool and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, the hot water was flowing, the food was delicious, and the balcony had a beautiful view of Batam city. Thankfully, we got a great deal on a weekday, only around IDR 400,000.

Zest Hotel Harbour Bay offers a very convenient stay, especially with its close proximity to the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal, just a short walk away. The location is excellent, surrounded by plenty of amenities, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. It’s also easy to book any ride-hailing app as the hotel is located in a well-known area, making travel around the city smooth and hassle-free. The rooms are thoughtfully designed for travellers who spend most of their time out exploring, providing just what’s needed for a comfortable shower and a good rest. Simple, clean, and functional; exactly what you’d expect for a short and pleasant stay. The staff are also very helpful and friendly, from the front office to security, housekeeping, and the restaurant team. Their warm service adds a welcoming touch and makes the overall stay even more enjoyable.
