This was a perfect quick stop, refreshing in the giant pool they have before sailing to meet the dolphins right from there. Food was good and the service really good. Shout out to the students doing their apprenticeship there, they were the best and really worked hard to make sure everything worked, so don't forget to tip them well!

We loved it at The Lovina so much that we extended for an additional night. The room was so comfortable and quiet and perfect for our small family. We loved the staff and facilities, including the gym, and the pathway along the beach to explore the coastal area. We will be back again for sure!

Staying at this hotel to welcome the new year 2025 was a very wonderful experience. The staff here are very friendly and very helpful in every way. The service is really top-notch! The facilities in this hotel are very complete for a resort. Starting from a large swimming pool, fitness center, relaxing spa, to various restaurants with delicious food. The rooms are also very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy a vacation with an unforgettable experience. Will definitely come back again!

We had a very nice big room (+100m2) and that was perfect for our small family of 3 persons. Nice and kindly staff. Perfect with supermarket Pepito (upmarket with a lot of imported food) close by. Just a 15-20min walk to central Lovina. We enjoyed the Dolphin trip and mountains tour as well.

Plataran Menjangan was such a good stay. The ranger who accompanied me was so knowledgeable and it was so much fun exchanging stories. I got to do so many things in one day, really appreciated that the people at the hotel actually helped me create my schedule (since some facilities had to be prepared beforehand). The food was good! The view was so zen, the whole atmosphere really. It was indeed a great place for an escape. Loved that I get to see wild Menjangan as I walked around the hotel. Appreciated that the (assistant?) manager proactively sought for suggestions to improve and listened attentively. Also, I almost ordered a drink but I was told that it would have to be brought from the restaurant a few units down, I told him it's alright, went to the restroom, went back and found that drink I was going to order on the table given as a complimentary - this little surprise was like the cherry on top. Really valued this one last gift right before I left :)

The hotel is clean. Spacious rooms with neat layout. Clean swimming pool. Balcony directly views the beach 🥰. Direct access to the beach and can order at the reception for a boat rental to see dolphins. Sufficient car parking area. Food choices are sufficient and taste good.
