Room is spacious and clean. The hotel is strategically located and very convenient to go to the beach, duty-free shopping, and buy meals. Breakfast provided was also satisfying. The nasi lemak sambal was so sedap. Overall, it was worth it to stay with the kids at this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. Sunway Lost World Hotel

The front office staff were excellent, especially Jit and the rangers. My mum has trouble walking to the restaurant, but the rangers use a vehicle to shuttle her to and fro for the 3 days we stayed.
