Guests who book specifically to attend parties will not be allowed to check in. A 2.95% credit card surcharge will apply to all Hotel Collect bookings made with American Express. This property will place a credit card authorization of AUD 500 on arrival when booking the 3 Bedroom Penthouse. The reception will be closed on Christmas Day. Guests who have already booked stays during the holiday period and plan to arrive on Christmas Day must use the after-hours arrival procedure. Bookings for individuals or groups for the purpose of attending parties during Schoolies weeks (mid-November through mid-December annually) are prohibited and will be rejected.
