Artique Surfers Paradise

Outstanding location, outstanding views (was on the 17th floor). Lots of construction going on around site but thats typical Gold Coast to be fair and made for interesting looking on from room. Apartment we were in was getting a little tired but didn't detract from the whole experience.. Would stay there again definately

The apartment was beautiful the hotel was also. However no one communicated to us the room next to us was being renovated so it was extremely loud so couldn’t relax or watch TV because we couldn’t hear it. Also we weren’t told the pool was being renovated so the kids couldn’t swim and that was extremely disappointing

Hotel is a good location with good facilities however we found construction around to be quite noisy and the pool closed for maintenance without notification before our stay

Location was great - walking distance to shops and beach. Dislikes - day core was very tired - windows needed cleaning inside (got told not the cleaners job - done 2 or 3 times a year - baby toddler hand prints all over the windows. Carpet stained and nearly in holes in one area. Opened the washing machine to find someone's washing (not cleaned) in the washing machine - put in sink and told reception - it was still there when we left. Fridge and freezer were dirty inside - had to wipe them out before putting food in it. Cutlery, cups, glasses and plates had to be washed before use. Maybe need some cleaners that take a pride in their job

The room was modern, very clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful There was 2 balconies and there was ocean, river and city views Excellent kitchen facilities

Why all the beds didn’t have beds cover inner which only has blankets in them? Not comfortable at all

Clean, beautiful, well located, spacious, excellent views, good facilities, great hosts / reception staff. Have stayed there 3 times now over recent years and will certainly return.

Had a wonderful 5 days at Artique. Couldn’t wish for better accommodation. Very clean. Kitchen had everything you required. Balcony had table and chairs as well as a lounge. Staff very friendly and polite and helpful. Laundry was fully equipped. Very comfy beds. Overall I would have to say 10 out of 10. Great sauna and spa too.

Unfortunately during our short stay we had one day where the power was turned off for 3.5 hours during the day and window cleaning was also happening so we had to have our curtains closed. The apartment was clean, maybe a bit tired. But bed was comfy. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We loved the stay and got a free upgrade! Room was amazing and views were incredible. Definitely be back!

Excellent apartment. Beautiful views. Close enough to everything on Surfers

Room 2301 had a partial ocean view as promised but was very dirty and in need of updating. The bed was comfortable but the mattress protector had yellow stains on it so we had to wash it. Don't be fooled by the pictures when booking they are completely inaccurate. The building itself was OK and the staff very helpful.

Beautiful stay with convenient location and friendly helpful staff

We have stayed at Artique 3 times in the past 4 years and this was the best stay yet. Check in here is very straightforward, and the building has spacious and secure underground parking. We were on level 10 and the views from this height and above are great day and night. The apartment was 2 bedroom with the main room having an en-suite. The main bathroom also had a bath. The kitchen is getting a bit worn out, but very much usable with everything working properly. The balcony was huge and had all day sun which was great as we had awesome weather. The building has a large outdoor BBQ area, well equipped gym, a huge swimming pool, spa pool and sauna, which are all excellent. Being only a 5 minute walk to the light rail makes it a breeze to get anywhere in Surfers Paradise in minutes. I would recommend spending a bit extra for a 2 bedroom apartment as then you're guaranteed to be at least 8 levels up to enjoy the views of the area. The Northcliffe Surf Club is a short walk away and has awesome breakfasts where you can see humpback whales breaching offshore most days while you eat if you're there in July like we were. We love Artique and will be staying many times in years to come.

Great location. Clean. Excellent facilities. Furniture and decor just needs some help

Great location in Surfers Paradise CBD. Extensive views of ocean, city, river & mountains. Easy walk to beach and restaurants.

Hotel was pleasingly good. Well appointed and decorated. We were on the 24th floor with a fantastic sea/city view. Walking to Cavill Ave was about 10 minutes along the beach. Beach was good and had flags for the kids. Northcliffe Surf Lifesaving around the corner was on point for breakfast. Good gym, pool and sauna. Parking underneath for cars. It is in a bit of a construction zone currently, but this didn't bother us at all as we were up early/ish. I'd stay again.

Parking is easy and always spots avaliable, nice walking distance to town, rooms had everything you need and more, would 100% stay here again, staff are always helpful and happy too, thank you for having us Artique.

Booked ocean view room. Views were great. Apartment on 23rd floor. Clean and very spacious.
