Our stay was fantastic. We had a problem with our kitchen tap it was fixed within an hour. We had a problem with jug not turning off. Replaced within 10 minutes.
Location was so central . We will definitely be staying there again . Staff were fantastic and do friendly. Definitely a 5 star from me.

The location was perfect! So close to the CBD with shops & restaurants along the way. Tram stop across the road. Free onsite parking made it so easy & great on the budget. The bathroom & kitchen needed a little tlc. Comfortable bed & pillows. Have stayed before & will definitely stay again. Bit noisy early mornings with construction across the road.

The apartment is located in a great location, within walking distance to Surfers Paradise. The check in process was great, friendly team on the front desk and they were able to look after our luggage in a safe space as we arrived early. The size of the apartment is generous and easily accommodated our trio. Views are incredible, the ocean and river were both visible from the balconies. We enjoyed the pool and spa area, it had a resort feel which was very relaxing. Thank you.

We had a wonderful view in our 2 bedroom ocean view room but were a little let down by some of the upkeep of the room. Showers had some mould, some surfaces needed repainting and the roof in the lounge was sagging above the windows. We also kept finding long black hair on the floor. It was good having a vacuum but this was also a little dirty. The rollaway offered was very uncomfortable so we didn’t use it. Springs were missing making it sag and the mattress was stained. The spa was also not hot enough for my liking. We only used it once.
The location of the property was amazing. The lobby, reception and pool areas all very clean and tidy. The gym was great too. It was great to have parking available and we were offered a day to park when we had to check out early which was nice. We were disappointed to learn that for the virtual golf that you needed your own golf clubs and that you had to book the movie room taking your own dvd. This was not mentioned on the website and were part of the reason we chose Artique having 3 teenage boys travelling with us.

Booked with another booking agency first but they let us down big time so we tried with Expedia in a panic as our holiday was in a few days time. We managed to book the same room and dates and it was so easy. Staff were excellent, the place was nice and tidy, just needed a bit more toiletries but otherwise excellent ! Loved it

Our 2nd visit to Artique in 18 months and we will definitely be returning again. You cannot beat the location, so close to the beach, the tram and perfect distance from central Surfers and Broadbeach. We were upgraded to a 2 Bedroom Apt & were able to check in earlier than expected, which was a lovely bonus.
We made good use of the Sauna and Steam room too.

Friendly staff. Very clean appartment. Fully equipped with everything you need. Just starting to show its age but didn’t bother us. Nothing to worry about. Very close to tram stop. Only thing was construction next door but that’s not Artique fault

ホテルの到着が深夜になってしまいましたが、事前に伝えてあったのでレイトチェックインも問題なかったです。
フォローも手厚く安心でした。
2週間の滞在でしたが、チェックイン時に「真ん中の頃に部屋の清掃をしますか？」と、フロントの方からご提案してくださいました。
フロントの方の対応がいつも素敵でした✨

We had the ocean view room, it exceeded all expectations. The most beautiful view of the city and the crazy waves. Absolutely gorgeous apartment! My young kids loved it! Clean and comfortable. Amenities amazing as well. Didn’t get to try out the theatre or VR golf but everything else was great!
