The apartment was clean, excellent amenities, helpful and friendly staff. A bit old, but renovated. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay, and more. Really convenient for everything. Open doors to the balcony, so fresh air. It met everything we could possibly have wanted.

building was extremely noisy, both during the day (loud maintenance work all week long, not advised of this until after arriving on the property and even then, only via a sign on a door) and at night (people running up and down corridors, playing loud music/banging doors very late at night on weeknights). external security doors were left propped open, including at night. reception was often unavailable, even during listed opening hours. I chose this property specifically for the bathtub in the bathroom, but the taps had such terrible water pressure that the bath (which was not big) regularly took 20+ minutes to fill, by which time the water would already have cooled. location was okay, but there's better in south brisbane. definitely won't be staying here again.

We checked in to a smelly unclean room at 7pm.at 930pm i was pulling the filters out of the aircondy and washing them.room smelled of drainage ,there was a huge lip at bathroom door.moved rooms the next morning but drainage smell still bad.will not return

Good size room for two people for a quick two night stay .
Only issue was there were no tea spoons and the floor was dirty . Our feet were literally black after walking on it . We scooted around on towels or wore shoes inside . Otherwise very pleasant . Thank you

Within walking distance of the city centre and close to lots of bars and restaurants. Helpful staff and secure free car parking. Good level of amenities- everything you need for a few days stay. Would stay again if back visiting the area.

No staff around but not needed during our stay.
Convenient location – easy walk to everywhere locally.
Parking underneath great.
Room big enough and had everything we needed.
Shower could have had a bit of bleach on it or maybe renew grout in just a couple of small spots – vent above bath looks full of fluff and fan above bed needs a good clean then all would be excellent.
Courtyard was very enjoyable as well – nice spot.
