Room was spacious and clean

No staff onsite when checking in. It's hard if the traveller doesn't have local sim card to call reception. Toilet and bathroom glass was dirty. No one to assist in the weekend.

We have stayed many times and the room is always clean and tidy ..Will always stay here when travelling to Brisbane

Great location easy access to everything you need. Room makeup / tidying beds could be better. Water could be hotter and complete block out blinds/curtains needed in bedroom.

Good to have the option of controlling the air con so it could be on or off, and a good but very little balcony to sit at. No equipment for cooking anything in the microwave except the coffee mugs or bowls, but otherwise all good with easy check in and check out. Easy to walk to South bank too, but a bit of a walk to public transport if it was raining.

Rooms are very dated. Park across the road from the hotel is unsafe.

Bed was to hard barely slept Knocking noise throughout the whole stay

Convenience, clean, comfortable

Location - close to South Bank and easy to reach from airport (train to South Brisbane and short walk). Spacious. Everything I needed. Easy entry with key safe. I had no car but parking would be a real bonus for travellers. Clean apartment just a tiny bit tired.

Clean large room with kitchenette and onsite parking. No ground-floor rooms of that type, no lift and narrow stairs. Tricky for seniors. Great location.

Room was a bit "tired" and could do with freshening up. Great location though with easy walking access to West End, South Bank and the CDB.

Good parking, good room (32) except for terrible bed. Husband slept on settee because he said it was worst bed he’d ever slept on.

Bathrooms needed a good clean as there was dust and grime along the top of the tiles in the shower. The bed was comfortable however was on wheels so would roll around when rolling over in bed. Great location for south bank and west end.

Bathroom was rundown with repair parches in the bath tub.

The water was not very hot as in didnt need cold water at all was room temp so couldn’t have hot shower. Had them come look but they said was fine of course. The toilet was hanging off wall. Dirty tissues behind my bedside table. Hair ties and clips under couch. Entrance smelt like pee. Pool not very clean. We have stayed before and was good but this time not so great. Might have been the room as the last stay was good.

I would definitely recommend this motel. Clean, staff friendly, and quiet.

Loved the spatious rooms with real art on the walls and even a little library! A short walk to GOMA etc and all of the fun stuff along the river! Thank you so much...
