Absolutely love this property. So close to the Brisbane Convention Centre, close to West End and to lots of cafes and bars.
I will definitely book here again next time I am in Brisbane.

This is a great little Apartment hotel, very convenient location to the south bank attractions . Ei: Queensland Museum, Miramar cruise/ Lone pine Koala sanctuary.
Clean room with studio kitchen and great little pool... it does need a bit of tile repair in few places..but other wise very nice.
I definitely recommend this Hotel..

Absolutely love this property. So close to the Brisbane Convention Centre, close to West End and to lots of cafes and bars.

The room was run down; walls were patchy different shades of paint. The pullout bed/sofa was broken, the end of it was on an angle, ready to collapse. The pull out bed/trundle was not locked into the sofa due to it being broken. The table was cheap and nasty, the legs were very flimsy as were the seats. The TV's were old fashion TV's, not smart TV's therefore no chance of watching Netflix, Kayo or anything like that in the evening. Spoke to the Manager and he said email the company. Location was great, they just need to better present the place, update the furniture and TV's and paint the rooms properly.

We were a little dissapointed with the facility - Not only was the room not stocked with conditioner or wine glasses, but the tea and coffee was terrible also.
The room was incredibly noisy also, between doors staff and traffic outside.
I also had placed some personal items into one of the bins in the bathroom - unaware that the staff would enter and bin them .After contacting assistance firther for this outside hours, I was sent a text telling me to 'Dumpster dive' in the communal bin to retrieve my items!! I should be invoicing you for the loss of the items.

There was no Netflix which is unbelievable and there wasn’t enough download strength to stream movies on you tube.
The shower door squealed loudly when opening and closing and would not shut properly.
There should be double glazing on external doors and windows as the traffic noise was very loud

HDMI input 1 didn't work properly (had red lines) on the Hisense TV in 23A but HDMI input 2 worked. Possibly haunted, the power box door opened by itself 3 times when I wasn't looking.

The bed was very comfortable. The room looked clean. There was a couple of maintenance issues, such as a dodgy light switch and the balcony door being difficult to lock. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would have been great. And, a larger rubbish bin in the main room would have been nice. Having an iron and board available was good, as was the couple of clothes hangers. The check in and out process was marvellous.

Rooms are basic but nice, bed was great, bathrooms were clean but are due for a renovation. Price was a bit high for what I would expect for the facilities, but still a perfectly fine room. Ironing board in my room needs to be replaced
