숙박은 그럭저럭 괜찮은 편이었는데, 와이파이가 무료라 해놓고 용량 제한이 걸려있어 약간은 속은 느낌. 안내데스크가 너무 일찍 문을 닫아서, 키를 받을 방법이 막막해 한참 지체되었고, 전화도 한참 대기 후 연결이 되었고, 대화 중에 끊어져 다시 걸어야 했으며, 다시 걸었어도 또 대기 중. 결국 한참 지체 후 간심히 키를 받아 체크인을 할 수 있었음. 본인들은 이메일로 안내문을 보냈다고 하는데, 나중에 확인해보니 스팸처리 되어있었음. 호텔스,닷컴에서도 안내문을 보내주었더라면 이런 복잡스러운 상황은 안 벌어졌을텐데..

브리즈번 전시장에서 도보로 3-5분 거리에 있습니다. 각종 식당(일본식당, 베트남식딩, 인도식당)과 한국마트도 3분 거리에 있습니다. 큰 현지 마트와 여러 현지식당도 4분거리에 있습니다. 바로 앞에는 넓은 공원이 있습니다. 방안에는 전자렌지를 포함한 조리기구가 갖추어져 있어, 직접 음식을 해 먹을 수도 있습니다. 도심까지 걸어서 25분정도 걸렸습니다. Art Center, Museum까지는 걸어서 10분정도입니다. 아파트 호텔이라서, 호텔같은 서비스는 없습니다.

Great location

Location was great close to restaurants/supermarkets, buses and train station. Apartment had big windows that let in a lot of light and the balcony was a bonus. Nice and roomy and quiet. We had 6 nights and would book it again as it was a spacious apartment.

The apartment was clean and had good amenities including washing and drying machines, fridge, dishwasher etc. However, the apartment requires some maintenance including fixing flooring, rerouting and sealing in the bathroom and fixing some of the trim around the walls/floors. Also it's kind of a noisy area. The walls and doors aren't very sound proof so be prepared for that. Otherwise though, a good experience

Highly recommend this apartment. Very central to Southbank and City, easy access to City Cat - very comfortable and convenient at an affordable price.

Room was clean, a good size and very suitable. Location is excellent and was very quiet considering the festival in the park next door. Very minimal noise heard in the room. The bed was extremely comfortable. Only issue was that the shower had no hot water. Not that it ran out of cold water, the hot water tap had no water going through it! I thought it may have been centrally temp controlled and just used the cold tap - but no. The only water that could be used to shower was cold. The sink had hot water, so not sure. Unable to report to staff as we kept missing them over the weekend. Overall it was a good stay but two cold showers in late Autumn dampened the rating a little.

Quiet and comfortable for the most part, but the fan and air con were difficult to use. Came back to my room one night and there door was not closed properly and ice cube tray was in the fridge instead of the freezer. There were fresh towels on thr bed, so I don't think it was me

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in very pleasant environment. Although access to the office is not usually available until check in time of 2pm, we were grateful to be able to go in a bit earlier due to it raining. The thoughtfulness of the office attendant in this regard did not go unnoticed, thankyou. Very clean room and very convenient to everything. Was about $40/night cheaper than I could find elsewhere in the vicinity.

Good location is the only positive, 5 minutes walk to convention centre, close to public transport, restaurants, Southbank & cultural precinct. Property is dated, spacious but hardly any maintenance. They only changed towels for our 6 night stay & cleaned bins, no other housekeeping service. Shower gel container was empty, never refilled. Mattress was super hard and pillows were super thin. No tea/coffee refill either. No dishwashing brush or sponge in the kitchen. Pool was dirty, didnt seem to be used at all. There is no lift. Reception was open only in weekdays for few hours, not very helpful.

Great location. Making it very easy to get around, free parking. Most of the apartments features were great and the staff was helpful. The bathroom cleanliness could be improved as there were some visible marks, the water pressure in the shower was quite weak and the soundproofing was poor, I could hear quite a bit noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. If you are a light sleeper, keep this in mind. Asides from these points, everything else was excellent.

It was totally contactless. So did not see any staff. It was nice and clean and the bed was huge. Nice a comfy.

Bed had one side broken, unable to hang up a dress, room needed a deep clean.

My recent stay was overall just okay. The room itself was fairly standard, but there were a few issues that made the experience less enjoyable. There was a noticeable strange smell in the room that didn’t really go away during the stay. The balcony also seemed neglected, with cigarette butts swept into the corner, which made it feel unclean and not very inviting. Unfortunately, I also found a cockroach in the bathroom one morning, which was quite off-putting. While the basic facilities were fine, these cleanliness and maintenance issues made it hard to fully relax and enjoy the stay. I hope the hotel can improve on these areas moving forward.

Parking was great. Aircon was great. Fan was slow

Nice little place to stay. Close to everything we walked to the places we had to go to. Very clean.

We were in room 36 building A. The room was partially painted, very sparse outdated furniture, uninviting decor and terrible wall art. The floor was uninviting cold fake wood instead of carpet, which is a bad idea when you have rooms below you. Windows were very dirty. Bathroom was mouldy at the shower with rust on the shower rack. The room smelled like sewer. We never saw any staff the whole time we were there. The stove top was dirty. The dishwasher had a bunch of unsightly goop all over the front. The kitchen had the barest of essentials. The location wasnt bad with the river and main restaurants etc within 10- 15 minutes walk. The bed was comfortable. Bottom line...an uninviting decor and sewer smell on arriving was a bad first impression. Would choose another place if I was to stay here again.

Spacious, comfortable apartment in a good location for the city attractions. Easy check in. Enjoyed pool area.

Good location, easy to find and walking distance to Southbank area. The property is tired and in need of updating however we generally clean and reasonably well equipped.

Great location, clean and quiet, very comfy beds. Would stay again
