The location was amazing and the room was good. The check-in stood out as it was extremely inefficient. The process was extremely slow and we waited in line for about 30-40 minutes when there were probably 10 guests ahead of us and 4 people working the check-in desks. Other than that the pool and rooftop were amazing and the staff was very kind and helpful.

For the price I was expecting to find the property in better conditions. It was still pretty good, but a few items could have been better, like the air conditioning wasn’t turning down or up, it was always the same intensity. We also had a couple of issues with the safe, bit these were taken care by maintenance. The location of the hotel is a big plus, close to mane great local restaurants. Staff was great during the whole stay. The views from the room and the roof top is amazing.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Perfect location. Excellent amenities. Gorgeous pool, views and spacious rooms. Easy access to beach and beach amenities. Friendly staff, easy access for Ubers/taxis. Noon check-out with luggage storage and continued access to beach/pool/spa. Highly recommend and wish I’d been staying more than only two nights!!!

This hotel is in a prime location with incredible beach access and overall strip access. We enjoyed the private section of the beach, the rooftop pool, onsite gym and even the sauna. We traveled with another couple and really took advantage of the amenities. Our original room had some issues and we were quickly upgraded to a newly renovated room which took us from a full ocean view to a partial ocean view, but incredible view of the city and favelas. The staff was truly wonderful. Special shoutout to Diana who quickly took care of our room situation and assisted us with a late checkout since our flight is a red eye. We will definitely be back.

The view of Copacabana Beach was spectacular! The view of the city and even Sugar Loaf in the distance. Roof top bar/restaurant very nice too, right next to the infinity pool. We had room 2007 on the 20th floor. Breakfast buffet excellent too! Lots of items.

Amazing location. Posto 5 Copacabana. I’m in love with this area, and the hotel was fantastic. Breakfast was good! My husband and I stayed here for 10 days during Carnival. The staff was friendly and approachable. I really recommend it 🇧🇷🇧🇷
