Hotel location is excellent! Nearby everything I want to see. You can just walk around by yourself. They even provide free shuttle from/to airport for free and go an extra length by giving free shuttle to show you around Brunei! Staff services was the greatest, especially Boy! He is the sweetest driver with top-notch friendliness. The enthusiasm & positive energy really give us a pleasant experience in Brunei. You could see his passion and love of his job. The greatest person. Would definitely stay here again if I come back 👍🏻.

Excellent hospitality, nice staff, affordable, free shuttle service from / to airport and around city, strategic location (walking distance to the main attraction, around 5-15 minutes). Perfect place to stay at Bandar Seri Begawan.

It was a wonderful 3-day staying at the Capital Residence. They upgraded my room to junior suite and offered complimentary shuttle to my meeting place although the location (15 min drive from the city) is not in their shuttle service. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very friendly, polite and accommodating. They were literally taking care of me.

The airport shuttle was super convenient and really helped us out. Breakfast was pretty basic. After getting completely soaked in the rain, we asked for some extra towels—there were only two bath towels and two small washcloths in the room. To our surprise, they actually charge for extra towels! Definitely not what we expected.

Nice friendly hotel a short walk from the centre of town. Airport pickup and drop off was great, a very useful feature. Clean, large room. City was very safe in general. Quite decent buffet breakfast. Free tour of city is basically dropping you off at various sites but it's a good free service.

This is a real travellers hotel. They have 2 buildings, the first one where you checkin and long term residents stay there. The sexond building is for tourists. The hotel offers a free airport transfer service so remember to book in advance otherwise it will cost you around 10BND each way via Dart. The breakfast is really poor but that doesnt matter because of the benefit of the transfer and most importantly the hotel offers a free day tour of the highlight. Boy-ok was our guide and he was fantastic. The power in the shower was great and we slept comfortably on the beds. This is not a glamorous hotel but it is an authentic travellers hotel and i would recommend this is you're okay to go without the luxuries. The only thing i would suggest an improvement on is making sure that the room has AC turned on prior to a customer's stay as it gets really hot and it takes a while for the room to cool down.

The rooms were hot because the ac needs a key to turn on. It takes over an hour to cool the room. The faucet leaked. There was a festival going on close to the hotel and it was very noisy on a Weekday night. The refrigerator froze my medicine. The front office and restaurant staff speak limited English. The restaurant is only open for breakfast.

Good value for money. Breakfast, Airport Transfers and City tour included in the price. If you are planning to visit Ulu Temburong National Park day trip please speak to the staff. They arranged the tour for me for $155. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Someone from my adventure travel group recommended this property to stay, so truly there were no surprises as I was briefed in advance. The condition of the property was average. But where this place shines is the staff is wonderful and helpful. Also a huge benefit are the free transportation options for the airport and for local sightseeing and the walking distance to the waterfront is fantastic. I also enjoyed having the breakfast being included. I don't need a fancy hotel, just friendly, comfortable and safe. I would definitely stay here again.
