For my situation, this is going to be my go-to place for business travel. It's easy to park, a short walk to restaurants, public transit nearby, and the room was very comfortable. I also found the staff to be very kind and helpful. The lower hallway is a little warm, the AC in the room adjusted for that very nicely.

Honestly, you can’t really call this a hotel - it’s more of a motel. For the price they charge, you could get a much nicer and more comfortable place to stay in Vancouver instead. The rooms are very outdated, and the cleanliness could definitely have been better. Even basic things you would expect from any standard hotel, like ear plugs, were unavailable, and the front desk staff rolled their eyes when asked simple questions. Overall, the customer service and experience were disappointing. Would not recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean room. The carpet was a bit worn and could use replacing, but apart from that, great value for the money. If you enjoy walking, you can get right into the city centre in less than half an hour. This was my second stay, and I'd stay again.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly. It was quiet and comfortable. The beauty about this hotel is that it's 10 minute walk to the huge shopping mall ; and 25 minute walk to downtown victoria. No need to move your vehicle once you park.
