Pros: Luggage storage (big plus), friendly staffs, professional services and greetings, flexibility to meet our needs. Convenient location, one minute walk to the bus stop. Showers and air conditions all work fine, not too noisy. Cons: No water dispenser in the lobby. Only vending machines for purchase. Note: No breakfast is included. The hotel sinks down compared to horizon level, so 2nd floor would be the actual "ground" floor, 1st floor is more like sinking down to the basement. You can see it in my photos.

Clean room and bathroom, very roomy space, everything is clean and new. Also love the humor here and there. We forgot to take the (free) rubber duckies, so don’t forget to take them home and give them a name!

For the budget price and proximity to major public transit routes in the city, this spot should definitely be considered for a budget conscious traveller going to Victoria. The staff were friendly and helpful. Willing to help us not get room cleaning service during weekdays (not offered on weekends), hold our bags before check in and after check out, and answer questions as needed. There were some minor things in the room like a decorative bed accent sheet with some stains, and AC which while worked couldn’t completely prevent noticing the over 30°C heat. Overall we were impressed and happy. We knew a budget option wouldn’t be 5 star and we came out not thinking it’s good enough but instead that it exceeded what we expected.

We did see a silver fish crawling in the bathroom and the AC unit was basically not working(ran but was not adequate for the room.Otherwise it was ok .Staff were freindly and helpful. e
