The staff were welcoming and kind, the lodge itself is clean, tidy and cute. Breakfast has various items to choose from. The location is ideal since it’s right in the middle of the town. I would comeback for many other times.

Great location to come downtown for restaurants in the evening. A bit far to drive to Lake Louise but the ski resort is fantastic. Staff at the front desk were amazing! Lots of fun joking around with them. The only negative was the basement breakfast room in the garage. The parking was very convenient to leave the car at night and wander the streets and cuisine of Banff.

I had a lovely stay at the Brewster Mountain Inn. I had excellent and friendly service from the front desk--thanks Hanna! I was given a free upgrade to the king bed loft suite. Such an unexpected treat! It was so beautiful and cosy. The view was unbelievable. The underground parking is so convenient and the hotel's location is ideal--off of Banff's main avenue but so close to the shops, restaurants, parks. All the restaurants along Bear Street are fantastic. Especially Wild Flour. The hotel breakfast is excellent. Lots of choices. Loved my experience and would love to stay there again.

Clean room, staff were friendly. Good downtown location. 2 portable fans in the room, I’m assuming these are for when it gets hot in the summer without AC in the room. Baseboard heating worked well. Morning breakfast was the standard hotel fare, very nice server there. Breakfast nook is an interesting location, follow the signs! Overall was a nice stay.
